Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. Chiropractic, massage therapy, social work and osteopathy appointments can be booked directly. Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your policy.
Are services covered by my benefits?
Our practitioners are regulated health professionals, and many extended health plans cover their services. We provide official receipts for you to submit to your insurer.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your benefits information, a list of current medications, and any relevant imaging or reports. Wear comfortable clothing for chiropractic and massage visits.
How long is an initial appointment?
Initial visits are longer than follow-ups so your practitioner can complete an assessment. Exact length depends on the service and is shown when you book online.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Contact the clinic for full policy details.
